Having graduated in 1994 Aaron moved from the city to Traralgon to commence his career in Podiatry. The founder of Gippsland Foot Clinic has proudly seen the business grow into one of the world’s premier Podiatry Clinic’s incorporating professional Podiatry services and the Provision of Specialist Footwear and Foot care products in world class facilities.

Dr Melissa Jones
PODIATRIST

Melissa began working at GFC in 2005 as a Podiatry Assistant while she completed her Bachelor of Podiatry degree at Latrobe University. Upon completion of her degree in December 2005 she commenced practicing as a Podiatrist. “I really enjoy working at GFC, It is a very professional, efficient and friendly workplace.

Mark Gilheany
A fellow of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons practising predominantly from his East Melbourne rooms, Mark has a long association with Gippsland Foot Clinic and family ties to Gippsland have been instrumental in him becoming available to the clients of Gippsland Foot Clinic.

Dr. Gilheany is a prominent member of the podiatry profession who has for many years been involved in podiatric education as a University lecturer at LaTrobe University. He is the current President of the Podiatrist Registration Board of Victoria and is currently conducting research into foot surgical outcomes as part of a Doctoral degree.

Dr Thomas Lambert

PODIATRIST

Tom completed his Bachelor of Podiatry at Latrobe University 2006 and commenced working at GFC in early 2007. Tom has worked in Footwear Sales and has a strong interest in Sports Podiatry.
Tom moved to Traralgon from Wangaratta and is enjoying the country Lifestyle.

Rebecca
PRACTICE MANAGER

Rebecca commenced working for GFC in June 2001 as a Podiatry Assistant. Having a background in Retail and Administration management, she worked her way to her current position as Practice Manager of the Traralgon, Moe and Sale Clinics. She is currently studying to further develop her skills both personally and professionally.

Trish
RETAIL MANAGER

Trish commenced working at Gippsland Foot Clinic Traralgon in 2002. She began as a podiatry assistant and a year later became Retail Manager. Trish has used her experience in Retail Management and footwear fitting (25 years), to select the specialist footwear range we have today.

“ An important aspect of my job is selecting the range of footwear we stock. Style is important, but comfort and fit are a priority. We only sell good quality footwear, we now have the largest range of Kumfs shoes in Gippsland which are not only stylish but comfortable as well. I enjoy my job, it’s always a challenge, it’s always changing and it’s a great environment to work in”.


Jacenta
PODIATRY & RETAIL ASSISTANT

Jacenta joined the GFC team in 2002, bringing with her a strong background in retail management. She has enjoyed watching and being a part of the GFC team as it has grown form strength to strength over the years. “ I enjoy the diverse aspects of my role at Gippsland Foot Clinic, new challenges coupled with providing quality customer service to our clients is what I love about my job the most.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

June has worked for GFC for almost five years. June works very hard behind the scene to ensure that the Podiatrists that travel to external clinics have all the instruments and materials they need to do their job more efficiently. “The GFC family are a group of caring people who not only care for each other but also each person that enters the clinic”


Sam

PODIATRY ASSISTANT

Sam joined the Gippsland foot Clinic team in 2003, bringing with her 20 years of knowledge and experience in the footwear industry, specialising is fitting and sales. “I enjoy the diverse aspects of my role as a Podiatry Assistant at GFC, in particular assisting clients with decisions in relation to specialist footwear and fittings, I love being a positive influence in out clients choices”


Amanda
PODIATRY HYGIENIST / ASSISTANT

Amanda began working at GFC on a retail traineeship in 2004, which she has since completed, She then went on to complete a certificate of Podiatry Assistance with the Australian Podiatry Association in 2005 which has given her the title of Podiatry Hygienist. “It is such a pleasure to work at GFC, nothing gives me more joy than seeing a patient leave with a smile on their face.


Deb
PODIATRY ASSISTANT - SHOE FITTING SPECIALIST

Deb has come from a background in retail and property management. Having started at Gippsland Foot Clinic in October 2005 Deb is currently enjoying the position of one of our reception staff and the challenge of our retail department. “I really enjoy working in this fast paced position, and love meeting new patients and clients, it’s a privilege to be part of such a great team, and I hope to continue to learn and grow with the business for many years to come.”


Sarah
PODIATRY HYGIENIST

Sarah commenced work at GFC in March 2006. Sarah has worked within the Podiatry profession for six years both as a Podiatry Assistant and a Hygienist, she has successfully completed a Podiatry Assistants course and has become qualified to treat patients along side a qualified podiatrist. She enjoys all facets of the profession, however working as a hygienist is the most satisfying. “helping people and relieving pain is the most rewarding part of my role”. Sarah’s goal is to eventually go to university and become a fully qualified Podiatrist.


Jamie
Podiatry Hygienist/Assistant
Jamie has come from a retail Management background and started working at Gippsland Foot Clinic in February 2007. “I am currently enjoying working as a Podiatry Hygienist/Assistant, having recently completed a course in this role I am finding the work interesting and challenging and intend to grow personally and professionally within “Gippsland Foot Clinic”


Ange
Podiatry Assistant
Ange have been employed in the retail industry for the past 24 years in the Latrobe Valley. Starting as a sales assistant and progressing through to managerial roles. Ange has been involved in the day to day running of a business ensuring the staff where trained and lead to provide exceptional customer service. “ I enjoy my role with GFC and endeavor to take on the challenge’s it brings with enthusiasm, I pride myself on exceptional customer service and enjoy being able to make a significant contribution to the clinic by providing a happy and friendly attitude.


Tanya
Podiatry Assistant
Tanya joined GFC in March 2008 after wanting a change from her 10 year background as a fitness instructor. Tanya has played various sports at a high level for most of her life and still continues to teach swimming in her spare time. Tanya brings with her a friendly, bubbly personality and is enjoying her new role at GFC.

Podiatry Assistant
Jenna joined GFC in March 2008, she has previous experience in retail and hospitality and is currently studying for her Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery at Monash Gippsland. Jenna is excited about her new role at GFC and is looking forward to meeting new people, learning as much as possible and working with the GFC team
